At the end of November, the overhaul and reconstruction project of TISCO stainless steel hot strip mill was started, and our after-sales service department immediately dispatched elite soldiers, including Li Zheng, Zheng Shouyin, Zhang Jie, Zhao Zhihua, Liu Youhong, Zhang Shengyou, Yang Sheng, Yu Jihu and other comrades to Taiyuan Taiyuan Taiyuan Iron and Steel Co., Ltd. to carry out the overhaul and transformation task.

Due to the major accidents occurred in the overhaul of grinding machine equipment, the grinding machine has many defects: the axial position deviation of the head frame and tail frame of the grinder, the bearing is damaged, the guide column is deformed, and the copper sleeve is damaged, all bearing copper sleeves need to be disassembled and replaced; the soft belt on the plastic surface of the grinder center frame shell and turnover mechanism is damaged, and the soft belt needs to be pasted again for scraping. The guide rail surface of grinding machine bed is seriously worn, static pressure can not be guaranteed, the carriage running appears gnawing slope, and the vibration is too large. In addition, the workshop leaders of TISCO stainless steel hot strip mill put forward higher requirements for the overhaul, which made our after-sales service team face heavy pressure and severe test.

In order to successfully complete the task during the rush period, the after-sales service team of our company has adopted the working mode of two shifts according to the time and local conditions. We often work overtime until the early morning. In the process of overhaul, they gave full play to their professional skills, meticulous, fearless of hardship, fatigue and dirty, and gave full play to the fighting spirit of "Hiecise people". Finally, they completed the grinder overhaul work within the specified time limit, and restored the grinding machine which had been shelved for ten years to normal use. The precision of the repaired grinder almost reached the factory standard, and the grinding roller efficiency was brought into full play, which greatly saved the grinding roller time.

In addition, our after-sales service team "thinks what the customers think and is anxious about the customers", and also provides detection, maintenance and parts replacement services for the four Waldrich grinders in TISCO stainless steel hot strip mill, which fully guarantees the orderly production of customers.

Without good user experience, we can't win the market, and without high-quality service reputation, we can't form brand influence. "Hiecise people" know this well.
